Every piece is made to order — please allow 7–14 business days for delivery within the US. Most orders arrive within 10 days.

Yes — free shipping on every US order, no minimum required.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update.

We can ship to most countries. International orders ship at cost (calculated at checkout), and any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

Because each piece is made to order, production begins shortly after checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best if production hasn't started yet. Once production begins, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or any quality issue, let us know within 30 days of delivery and include 1–2 clear photos showing the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to ship anything back.

Change-of-mind returns aren't available on standard orders. That's why we offer Seel Return Assurance at checkout — for a small fee, it covers a full refund if you change your mind within 30 days, no questions asked.

For defective items, we process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your photos — no need to return the product. For Seel-covered returns, Seel handles the refund directly once they confirm receipt. Either way, please allow 5–10 additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

It depends on the piece:

• Cotton canvas totes — 100% organic cotton canvas. Sturdy, soft, and machine washable.
• Polyester bags — 100% polyester. The pattern is durable and won't peel or fade with use.
• Vegan leather bags — Polyurethane leather with a polyester lining. Lightweight and animal-free.
• Bag charms — Clear-cut acrylic with full-color printing and a metal keyring.

Each product page lists the exact material for that piece.

Care depends on the material — cotton canvas is machine washable, while vegan leather should only be wiped clean. For specific instructions by product type, see the Care Guide.

We work hard to show colors as accurately as possible. Because every screen displays things a little differently, slight variations in tone are normal. If the color is significantly off from what's shown, that's on us — reach out and we'll make it right.

Exact dimensions are listed on each product page. As a quick guide — our totes range from 13" to 18" wide, so think about what you'll carry most often. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you pick.
