Free Standard Delivery

FREE Standard Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and military addresses are not currently supported.

International Shipping

At this time, Flowbam primarily ships within the United States. For available international destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Flowbam has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Estimated Delivery

Regular items are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

Selected extended-fulfillment items are estimated to arrive within 10–21 business days after payment confirmation. The applicable estimate is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Items may arrive in separate packages. We’ll send tracking as each package ships.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, please contact us with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Our support team may ask you to reply by email with 1–2 clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will help with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Response time: 1–2 business days.
Resolution: 3–5 business days after we review your photos.
