All orders shipped within the United States enjoy free standard shipping — no minimum purchase required.
Each piece is made to order, so please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive within 10 days.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note: customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Flowbam has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Processing Time
Every Flowbam piece is made to order — your item begins production once your order is placed. This means a short wait, but it also means every piece is produced fresh for each order.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us — we'll make it right.
For items that arrive with a defect, damage, or any quality issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back. Just send us 1–2 photos of the issue and we'll take care of it within 24–48 hours.
