All orders shipped within the United States include free standard shipping — no minimum purchase required.
Each piece is made to order, so please allow 7–14 business days for production and delivery. Delivery times may vary by destination.
International Shipping
At this time, Flowbam primarily ships within the United States. For available international destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Flowbam has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Processing Time
Every Flowbam piece is made to order. Your item begins production once your order is placed.

- Estimated total (US): 7–14 business days
International delivery times vary by destination.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, please contact us with your order number.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Our support team may ask you to reply by email with 1–2 clear photos showing the issue.
After review, we will help with a replacement or refund when appropriate. In most cases, you won’t need to ship the item back unless our support team asks.
Response time: 1–2 business days.
Resolution: 3–5 business days after we review your photos.
