We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — and you won't need to ship anything back.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not available on standard orders.

That's why we offer Seel Return Assurance at checkout — for a small fee, it covers a full refund if you change your mind within 30 days, no questions asked. We recommend adding it at checkout for peace of mind.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

• Quality issues: We process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your photos. No need to return the product.
• Seel-covered returns: Seel handles the refund directly once they confirm receipt of your return.

Either way, please allow 5–10 additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Here's how we handle common situations:

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, because every screen displays things a little differently, slight variations in tone are normal and do not constitute a defect. If the color of a product you receive is significantly different from what is shown on the Site, please contact us and we will make it right.

• US orders: Free shipping. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Flowbam respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Site.

Counter-Notice
